Returns & Exchanges Policy

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of receipt by contacting our support team.
  • Include photos or videos of the damaged or defective item for faster resolution.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as necessary.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for defective products or incorrect items shipped.
  • Replacements will be processed once the original item is received and inspected.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available for eligible returns and will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
